This is a web user friendly agreement:

Contact Modern Management at [email protected] for detailed agreements.

1. Why this disclaimer exists

MM services rely on many external technologies, including analytics platforms, authentication systems, accounting systems, CRM tools, LLM providers, cloud APIs and integration layers.
This disclaimer explains what MM is responsible for — and what lies outside MM’s control.

2. Security practices

MM implements security controls including:

  • Encrypted credentials
  • Role-based access
  • Network and infrastructure hardening
  • Audit logging
  • Backup and recovery processes

These controls protect MM systems, not the systems customers manage.

3. What customers are responsible for

Customers must secure:

  • Their own BI platforms
  • User access and permissions
  • API keys and third-party credentials
  • Their internal network and devices
  • Sensitive data flowing into any integration

Misconfiguration on the customer’s side may expose data. MM cannot prevent or control this.

4. Universal API dependency disclaimer

MM cannot be responsible for:

  • Qlik API outages or changes
  • Microsoft Power BI API changes
  • Tableau, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Zoho API changes
  • Authentication issues in Azure, Google or other identity providers
  • LLM outages, rate limits or reasoning errors
  • Third-party cyber incidents or service downtime

Any degradation, delay or error caused by an external vendor is outside MM’s responsibility.

5. LLM-specific behaviour

AI and LLM systems are operated by third-party providers.
MM has no control over:

  • Model reasoning
  • Accuracy
  • Internal retention
  • Vendor uptime
  • Rate limits or costs
  • Their compliance with external laws

Customers choose what data to send to LLMs and accept full responsibility for it.
