    Raptor MCP Privacy Policy / GDPR Processing Addendum

    1. Parties

    This addendum applies between Modern Management and customers, subscribers, Certified Partners, Referral Partners, Internal Operators, System Admin users, customer contacts, and authorized portal users whose personal data is processed through Raptor MCP.

    2. Scope

    This addendum describes personal data processing for account access, licence purchase, invoice/payment review, gateway access, support, evidence, agreements, referrals, partner operations, audit trails, and operational communications.

    3. Roles covered

    This addendum covers customers, subscribers, Certified Partners, Referral Partners, Internal Operators, System Admin users, Portal Admin users, customer contacts, invited users, and authorized support, finance, evidence, and audit reviewers.

    4. Role rights

    Each stakeholder may access personal data only according to its role, record scope, field sensitivity, agreement status, and operational authorization.

    5. Responsibilities

    Each party is responsible for submitting lawful, accurate, necessary, and authorized personal data; maintaining account security; respecting role-scoped access; reporting suspected unauthorized access; and complying with applicable privacy, data protection, retention, and deletion obligations.

    6. Data access boundaries

    Data access is limited by customer entity, partner attribution, referral partner scope, support assignment, finance assignment, internal queue assignment, and System Admin governance requirements. Unauthorized exports, unrelated record access, and unsupported data reuse are prohibited.

    7. GDPR and data processing terms

    Modern Management may act as controller, processor, or independent controller depending on the workflow and party relationship. Customer-submitted and partner-submitted personal data must be provided under a lawful basis. Data-subject rights, processor obligations, sub-processor disclosures, breach cooperation, retention, deletion, and transfer terms are governed by Modern Management's privacy and DPA pages.

    OVH France may host portal services or data. Other sub-processors may include payment, email, AI, analytics, logging, support, and infrastructure providers as listed in the applicable sub-processor policy.

    8. AI, automation, and no-reliance disclaimer

    AI or automation may process personal data for support triage, evidence summaries, routing, operational classification, and workflow assistance where enabled. Automated outputs are reviewed or used according to platform controls and are not professional advice.

    9. No professional, legal, or financial advice

    Privacy and compliance summaries in Raptor MCP are operational aids and do not replace legal, privacy, compliance, or regulatory advice.

    10. Limitation of liability

    Modern Management is not liable for personal data submitted without authorization, inaccurate data, unlawful customer or partner instructions, unsupported exports, third-party data misuse, or processing directed by the customer or partner outside agreed scope.

    11. Audit and evidence retention

    Agreement acceptance, audit trails, evidence, support records, invoice records, payment state, partner operations, and access logs may be retained where required for legal, compliance, billing, dispute, tax, security, or operational reasons.

    12. Download and acceptance requirement

    Stakeholders must be able to download the current privacy and processing terms. Acceptance may be required for continued portal access where the platform requires a current legal gate.
