1. Parties
This disclaimer applies to all Raptor MCP customers, subscribers, Certified Partners, Referral Partners, Internal Operators, System Admin users, customer contacts, and authorized users.
2. Scope
Raptor MCP may use automation, rules, AI-assisted summaries, classification, evidence parsing, routing suggestions, support triage, commercial previews, attribution labels, and workflow guidance.
3. Role rights
AI and automation outputs do not grant role rights, approval rights, data access rights, commercial rights, or admin rights. Role access is governed by the permission model and applicable agreements.
4. Data access boundaries
AI-assisted outputs must respect the same data-access boundaries as the underlying records. Users must not use generated outputs to infer, extract, or reconstruct unauthorized data.
5. GDPR and data processing terms
Personal data used in AI-assisted or automated workflows is governed by the Privacy Policy, GDPR Processing Addendum, and Sub-Processor and AI Provider Policy. Users must submit only data they are authorized to provide.
OVH France and listed AI or infrastructure providers may be involved in service delivery as documented in the sub-processor policy.
6. No professional, legal, financial, or operational reliance
AI outputs, generated summaries, suggestions, predictions, calculations, labels, and workflow explanations are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, procurement, audit, compliance, security, migration, engineering, or other professional advice.
Users must verify outputs before relying on them. Final responsibility for decisions, submissions, approvals, instructions, purchases, evidence, and actions remains with the user and the organization they represent.
7. Limitation of liability
Modern Management is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI or automation outputs, customer-provided prompts, customer-provided data, partner-provided instructions, third-party model behavior, incomplete context, incorrect assumptions, or failure to review outputs.
8. Audit and evidence retention
AI-assisted interactions, summaries, classifications, prompts, metadata, and resulting workflow actions may be retained where necessary for audit, support, dispute, billing, compliance, security, or operational purposes.
9. Download and acceptance requirement
Stakeholders must be able to download this disclaimer where it applies. Acceptance may be required as part of customer, partner, referral, or internal operator legal gates.
