  • Maintenance windows
  • Historical uptime trends

It is designed for transparency, so that you can see at a glance if an issue is on our side.

2. How to use it

If you experience a problem:

  • Check the status page to see if there is a known incident
  • If nothing is listed, log a support ticket with full details

3. Limitations

The status page is provided for information only. It:

  • May not always reflect every minor event in real time
  • Does not change or expand the commitments made in the Service Level Agreement or Global Terms of Service
