1. Purpose of this page
This page lists the types of third-party providers (“sub-processors”) MM uses to deliver its services and the categories of processing they perform.
2. What sub-processors do
Typical roles include:
- Cloud hosting & infrastructure – servers, storage and networking
- Email & notifications – sending system emails and alerts
- AI / LLM providers – processing prompts, metadata and sample data you approve
- Payment providers – processing subscription payments
- Support & ticketing tools – managing support requests
- Monitoring & analytics – logs, uptime and performance monitoring
3. Changes to this list
We may add or replace sub-processors over time.
When we make a material change, we will:
- Update this list, and
- Use reasonable digital means (email, dashboard message, or notice inside the platform) to let customers know
If you continue to use the services after such a change, it means you accept the updated list.
