1. Service fees
Service fees for Raptor, Linkedio, Workbalance modules and MM professional services are listed on our website or defined in commercial agreements.
Fees may be displayed in different currencies and can vary depending on subscription type, usage, or region.
2. Billing cycles and payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Usage-based services (for example ioTokens) are billed according to actual consumption
- You must ensure your payment method is valid and up to date
- Late payments may result in account suspension
Accepted payment methods include EFT, card payments, and supported payment gateways.
3. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of VAT or regional taxes unless explicitly shown.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.
4. Trials and promotional credits
MM may offer free trials or ioToken credits. These:
- Have no cash value
- Cannot be transferred
- May be changed or discontinued at any time
5. Refunds
All fees are non-refundable, unless required by local law or specifically stated in a commercial agreement.
6. Pricing changes
If MM adjusts pricing, we will notify customers via email, dashboard, or other digital means.
Continuing to use the service constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
