This is a web user friendly agreement:
Contact Modern Management at [email protected] for detailed agreements.
1. What this page is
This page explains, in plain language, how all our agreements fit together and what they mean for you when you use any Modern Management (“MM”) service, including Workbalance, Raptor, Raptor Coder, Linkedio, GroWorth-sponsored services and any future modules or integrations.
2. The key agreements
When you use our services, you agree to a small set of core documents:
- Global Terms of Service – commercial and operational rules
- Global Privacy Policy – how we handle personal data
- Data Processing Addendum – how we act as Controller / Processor under GDPR/POPIA and similar laws
- Acceptable Use Policy – what you’re not allowed to do
- Service Level Agreement – uptime and support expectations
- Payment and Billing Policy – subscriptions, usage, refunds, taxes
- Professional Services Agreement – how we deliver consulting and project work
- Security & API Dependency Disclaimer – what we do and don’t control technically
- Intellectual Property Statement – who owns what
These apply to all MM services unless a signed agreement or addendum says otherwise.
3. How data and AI fit in
- You control what data is exposed to MM and to any connected AI/LLM services
- MM never silently pulls or stores production data without clear purpose
- AI/LLM outputs are advisory, not guaranteed
- You are responsible for validating any generated outputs before use in production
4. Your responsibilities
In short, you are responsible for:
- Your user access and permissions
- What data you choose to process
- Compliance with your own internal governance and regulatory rules
- Reviewing and approving all automation or AI outputs before they are used
5. Our responsibilities
MM is responsible for:
- Running the platform with reasonable care and skill
- Applying appropriate security controls on our side
- Being transparent about sub-processors and integrations
- Responding to incidents and issues in line with our policies
6. If there is a conflict
If there’s a conflict between this plain-language page and the detailed legal wording, the legal agreement text (Global Terms of Service, DPA, etc.) will always take precedence.
