Raptor and Raptor Coder, developed by Modern Management, are AI-assisted development services designed specifically for Qlik Cloud. They automate script generation, data modelling, application structure, and analytical components using Qlik Cloud’s standard capabilities and customer-provided configuration.

Raptor operates as a processing layer only.

It does not store, retain, or replicate customer production data.

When connected to Qlik Cloud, Raptor processes data transiently for the purpose of application generation. Only Qlik Cloud metadata and relevant integration metadata are stored, and solely for the purposes of functional operation, audit, and version consistency.

All generated outputs, including scripts, data models, visual objects, and application structures, must be reviewed and validated by qualified analytics professionals before deployment to production. Raptor and Raptor Coder do not replace technical judgment, governance, or customer-specific compliance requirements. Accuracy, correctness, architectural decisions, and regulatory alignment remain the customer’s responsibility.

Given Raptor’s ability to produce high-quality Qlik Cloud applications rapidly, Modern Management no longer offers Time-and-Material (T&M) consulting for application development. All analytics delivery is performed using Raptor under fixed-scope, turnkey, subscription-based, usage-based, or risk-share commercial models.

Modern Management does not guarantee specific business outcomes, operational improvements, financial gains, or regulatory compliance results.

All project scopes, estimates, throughput, and generation capacity are based on typical mixed-complexity applications and may vary depending on customer data structures, completeness, data quality, integration patterns, business logic, and Qlik Cloud tenant configuration.

Customers and partners must ensure that their Qlik Cloud tenant is correctly configured, licensed, secured, and governed. Modern Management is not responsible for misconfiguration, security gaps, or operational limitations originating from the customer’s Qlik Cloud environment, network, identity systems, or third-party dependencies.

Modern Management reserves the right to refuse or suspend services where usage patterns indicate abuse, non-value generation, artificial inflation of workloads, unethical behaviour, or non-compliance with Raptor’s fair-use and anti-gaming policies.

All service engagements, including turnkey delivery, risk-share arrangements, and managed analytics operations, are subject to separate contractual terms, minimum engagement periods, service boundaries, and delivery conditions.

Modern Management may adjust pricing, token models, commercial structures, and integration rules from time to time, subject to applicable agreements.

Use of Raptor and Raptor Coder constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and product-specific conditions published by Modern Management.
