1. Why this policy exists
This policy protects all users, partners and systems connected to the Workbalance platform and MM services.
It tells you what you can’t do and what you are responsible for when using any MM service.
2. What you must NOT do
You may not:
- Break any law using our services
- Try to access systems or data you’re not authorised to access
- Disrupt or harm the platform, network or other users
- Upload viruses, destructive code, or attempt to compromise security
- Send spam or offensive content using the platform
- Misrepresent who you are
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass platform protections
3. Your responsibility for the data you submit
You decide what data is used in Workbalance, Raptor, Linkedio or any connected AI systems.
MM cannot control what you choose to send and cannot take responsibility for:
- Personal data you include in prompts
- Sample data you approve to send to LLMs
- Sensitive or confidential data you route to any automation
- Data breaches caused by your misconfiguration or access control
If you expose sensitive or regulated data to AI processing, this is 100% your responsibility.
4. Security basics you must follow
You must:
- Protect your credentials
- Manage your own role-based access
- Secure your networks and devices
- Store API keys safely
- Inform MM immediately if you suspect account compromise
5. Enforcement
If we believe this policy is being violated, we may temporarily suspend access to protect the platform or other users.
In serious cases, we may notify relevant authorities.
